Can we build it? After ten years on Salesforce and a year building with an AI partner, that's never been less of a question. Whether it survives contact with the person who uses it 40 times a week is the whole job, and it's the one AI didn't change.
That sounds obvious and almost nobody builds like they believe it. Most implementations fail somewhere upstream of the code: a process specified by people who won't live in it, a requirement that was really a solution in disguise, a number on a dashboard that nobody can trace back to anything.
AI hasn't changed what's worth building. It's changed how fast I can find out I'm wrong, and how cheaply.
